PAYMENTS
All payments are processed through PayPal. You are
not required to have a PayPal account, but you must checkout through their
system. NJ customers pay 7% sales tax which will be added to your order total
when you checkout.

PRIVACY
PayPal automatically encrypts your
confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure
Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the
highest level commercially available).
SHIPPING
Many of our items are made to order. Orders placed will normally be shipped
in 7-10 business days. Packages will be sent via USPS Priority Mail with
Delivery Confirmation. All orders can be tracked at USPS.com.
RETURNS
Due
to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if
your items are damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
WARM
WEATHER CONCERNS
All of our oils and butters are handmade fresh with food grade, perishable ingredients. Please be mindful of this when ordering and be sure to bring your items indoors ASAP. Should you receive your order and your items are a little soft or even melted, simply place them in a cool, dark place such as a refrigerator in their upright position and they should solidify within the hour.
